Use these secure self-service options first. If the problem continues, contact the SSHelpingHands team without sending passwords or sensitive participant information by email.

Sign-in and password help

If you forgot your password, use the password recovery page. The response is intentionally the same whether or not an account exists for the email you enter.

Church Hub access is invitation-based. If you can sign in but do not see a church workspace, ask your church administrator to confirm the email and membership connected to your account.

Church Hub and app help

  • Pull down on a screen to retry a failed refresh after your connection returns.
  • Check both Church Hub alert settings and your device settings if push notifications are not appearing.
  • Offline attendance marks remain on the signed-in device until they sync or the account is signed out.
  • Pickup, account changes, and other safety-sensitive actions require a live connection.

Privacy and account deletion

Review our privacy policy and account deletion instructions. Signed-in users can permanently delete an account directly from Church Hub Settings or the website profile.

Contact support

Email admin@sshelpinghands.org with the email address used to sign in, the screen where the problem occurred, your device type, and a brief description. Do not email passwords, payment card numbers, attendance details, pickup codes, medical information, or screenshots containing private family data.

This support channel is not monitored as an emergency service. For an immediate safety or medical emergency, contact local emergency services and the appropriate on-site church leader.
